Hey fitblurs, I am a 33 year old former, Personal Trainer, a Kinesiologist, who loves to run, hike and lift weights. I am a foodie and fitness addict.
I created this fitblr to keep me inspired and motivated towards achieving my health and fitness goals.
My favorite foods are eggs, tomatoes, fish, chicken, walnuts, cottage cheese and avocados.
